The 2022 Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (TRIM Notices) have been mailed to all property owners. If you believe your property assessment is incorrect, please fill out an Assessment Review Form and submit it to our office. Skip the lines by scheduling an appointment online or by calling our office at 305-375-4712. The 2022 property values are also available online. Property owners are encouraged to review their 2022 TRIM Notice.

The Office of the Property Appraiser has released the July 1st Preliminary Certification of Taxable Values to Miami-Dade County taxing authorities. Property owners are encouraged to look up their 2022 assessments online. For questions or to review your property assessment, property owners can visit our offices or send us an email. Appointments can also be scheduled online or by calling our office directly at 305-375-4712.
